Wyo Wonders Curriculum

This curriculum is a free, ready-to-teach curriculum as our gift to Wyoming educators and students grades 2-5,  that minimizes teacher prep needs and integrates with existing standards to simplify the process. Students will explore Agriculture, Minerals & Energy, and Outdoor Recreation & Tourism, throughout the 12 units that include hands-on activities and cross-curricular lessons unique to the state.

Our Recreation and Tourism modules include hands-on activities that teach students about Wyoming's unique lands, public spaces, and historic sites, emphasizing the importance of these industries to Wyoming's history and economy.

Our Minerals & Energy modules provide students with a comprehensive understanding of energy production in the state, and invites them to actively engage and uncover the significance of these resources to Wyoming.

Our Agriculture modules teach students about the continuing importance of the agricultural sector to Wyoming — exploring everything from livestock and land usage to ranching and range management.

Education Advocates

Wyoming Agriculture in the Classroom has a dedicated team of Education Advocators represented in every county in the state. Every teacher is assigned an education advocate, and will continue to get ongoing support.
